We ship within 24 hours on business days using Australia Post express service. You should recieve your order within 1-3 days.

You will get automatic emails as the order is processed, shipped and delivered. If you do not receive anything let us know. 

No, once yourt payment has been processed your encrypted Credit Card details are deleted.

We take care to pack the items as securely as possible. However if an item arrives damaged let us know by sending us a photo via email. We will replace the damaged item for you.
